Sarah Mackenzie


Sarah has been involved with online marketing and search engine optimization since 2002.

Sarah has worked on her own as an independent consultant, as well as with leading national agency Oneupweb, where as Senior Natural Search Project Manager she handled campaigns for Shutterfly, BuyCostumes, Intergraph, The French Culinary Institute and more. Most recently, Sarah has worked with FINE Design Group on clients such as Robert Mondavi, Chateau Montelena, and Brassfield Estate. Sarah also spent three years with KidSurplus.com (now Buttered Noodles), where as eCommerce Manager she helped the online retailer grow from dozens to hundreds of orders per day. With her in-house e-commerce experience as well as her agency and consulting expertise, Sarah has a unique blend of skills. Her approach reflects both an understanding of the most effective online tactics, and what customers appreciate in an agency partner. Sarah is a graduate of Smith College.

Nicholas Perez


Nick’s passion for paid search and deciphering analytics data is evident by the performance and results he’s returned for his clients.

Nick has years of paid search and analytics experience, both as an independent consultant and with a leading national agency. Nick has managed multiple multi-million dollar ad spend campaigns, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in revenue for his clients. Previously, Nick managed large, enterprise level IT projects across the country where he honed his project management skills. Nick has an undergrad degree from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Lawrence Technological University.

Working in online marketing for over 10 years, Nick has a special interest in the social side of the Web.

SEO, website management, public relations and email marketing have been major focuses throughout Nick’s 10+ years of online marketing experience. A veteran of the hospitality industry, Nick has worked at some of the top properties in the country, most recently as Digital Marketing Manager at Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa in northern Michigan.
