SAN FRANCISCO, CA, January 11, 2011 – FINE Design Group, an independently owned digital branding agency, today announced that they will acquire Michigan-based online marketers Big Daylight.

The acquisition provides FINE clients with a broader spectrum of digital marketing and branding services to meet their unique strategic objectives. Big Daylight’s core services include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Social Media Strategy, and Analytics Consulting.

Commenting on the acquisition, Josh Kelly, Managing Partner of FINE Design Group, said, “In working with Big Daylight, our team has been impressed with the way they de-mystify online marketing and show real results.
